Hawkins Construction is a family owned and operated business in North Texas. As such, Hawkins believes in reinvesting in the community it functions in. The Hawkins family has several generations that have benefited from the local community. It is this understanding of the importance of community that drives Hawkins Construction to constantly look for ways to give back.

Hawkins Construction has been a faithful sponsor to numerous local charities and organizations. There are specifically two organizations that have captured the heart of Hawkins Construction and they are VFW Post 2150 and Sam's Search. As a veteran, Dale is heavily involved in serving the local VFW and veterans of the United States Armed Forces. Hawkins Construction also supports Sam's Search after learning about a local youth that was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and learning of Sam's story.

Occasionally Hawkins Construction is instrumental with supporting activities supporting local residents. Recently, Hawkins Construction partnered with Community Life Church to help restore a struggling, single mother's home in McKinney.
